we’re a little unsure about the photo above. The tower has the narrow windows which Upottery wasn’t built with and are not evident on the derelict tower. The parade seems to be the formal handover between British and American control. The tower I think is to drawing 15371/41, with an additional SECO control room on the roof (drawing 5966/43) and no QDM boards installed. Candidates might include Boreham, Bottisham, Bruntingthorpe, Burtonwood, Framlingham, Haverford West, Kimbolton, Matching Green, Perton, Rivenhall, Rougham and Saltby.
