I don’t think the photo of XP572 is Coventry; it looks totally different although I don’t know where it is.

Whilst the first flight of the Apollo was from Baginton, the picture is taken at Farnborough, the ‘watchroom’ behind being the Farnborough N1 building. Probably the 1952 air show.
