  1. Just remembered, Farnborough acquired a Bantam based RCV from Llanbedr (I think) but it wasn’t required and was sold to Helicopter and Aviation Services as a mobile tower for their racecourse heliports.
    The VCR section was a different design to the ‘standard’ RAF version.


      1. Used when the Army Air Corp did fixed wing flying training ,for the instructors to sit in during pupils first solo, re-chassised at a later date.
